Here at Ama Dablam we will pack your items beautifully and send them within 1-2 working days of receiving your order. Delivery times will vary, a tracking number will be provided for all international orders (excluding those to PO Boxes in USA).

Because we care for our environment, we use recycled packaging and re-use shipping materials whenever possible, including boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc.

What does Fair Trade mean?

Fair Trade means that the artisans involved in making the item are paid fairly and work in safe conditions. At Ama Dablam we are striving to work within the 10 Principles of Fair Trade. All our items are ‘ethically made’ or ‘freedom trade’. This means that we ensure all the artisans involved are working in safe conditions and are being paid a fair price for their work. Our suppliers are not necessarily a member of a particular certification organisation.

Profits from the sales of our products are used to support education in Nepal, by buying books for Semjong Primary School and helping to buy books and uniform for Rubi. We are looking to increase this support to other rural schools through our friends at Real Himalaya and their sister organisation the TEJ Foundation. At Ama Dablam we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. We gladly accept returns within 14 days of your on-line purchase, providing the items are returned in their original condition ie, unused/unworn and in the original packaging. If your item is a gift and a longer return time is required, please contact us to arrange.  Please note that refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way. No refunds will be issued after the 14 day return period has expired without prior agreement.
